    1 Windra Aini Life Skills, Experiential Learning on Work-Based Learning (The Case of  Travel Business Students) This study aims to determine the learning experience gained by students of the Travel Business while doing internships in the Travel Bureau industry. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. This study produced three important findings, namely: 1) Students at WBL were not given enough confidence to make reservations, booking and printing; 2) The experience of doing ticketing and printing cannot be given by all industries because not all Travel Agencies act as agents; 3) Dominant students during the WBL are given the trust to use office work facilities and communicate with customers.
    2 Rohajatien Ummi, Harijono, EstiasihTeti, Sriwahyuni Endang Innovation Processing Effect of Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia, L) Cullinary towards Wistar Rats’ Change of Glucose Level (Rattus norvegicus) The research was aimed at investigating the innovation effect in processing bitter melon fruit culinary towards change of glucose level of diabetic rats. Hyperglycemia rats’ condition was done with induced Streptozotocin (STZ) using the change of glucose level test for 4 weeks experiment. Other test done was glucose response test and test of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). The 30 rats were divided into 5 experimental groups, group I belonged to normal rats control; group II was hyperglycemia rats control; group III, IV and V were hyperglycemia rats with diet boiling bitter melon, steaming bitter melon and sautéing bitter melon. The research finding showed giving diet bitter melon with boiling treatment; steaming and sautéing significantly (p<0.05) caused change on blood rats’ glucose level, SCFAs profile and inhibitition of glucose absorption. Creativity of bitter melon culinary processing produced sauted bitter melon that inhibited glucose absorption greater than steamed and boiled bitter melon. SCFAs profile produced were acetic acid > propionate acid > butyrate acid. This fact can prevent coronary hearth disease.
    3 Eddy Rudiyanto, Fuad Indra Kusuma, Erwin Komara Mindarta Development of Automatic Transmission Learning Media Based on Autodesk Inventor Dynamic Simulation (AIDS) Using 4D Model for Light Vehicle Engineering Vocational Students The development of science and technology currently requires an attractive learning media for students, one of which is an interactive learning media. The Autodesk Inventor Program is a program specifically designed for the needs of engineering fields such as machine design, in this study researchers succeeded in making Autodesk Inventor an interactive learning media. This type of research is a 4D R&D model with the aim of knowing the level of media feasibility. The research subjects were 1 media expert, 1 material expert, and 10 students on small scale trials and 30 students on large scale trials. Based on expert validation, the quality of Automatic transmission learning media based on AIDS received a score of 3.85 for material experts in the appropriate category and a score of 4.15 for media experts included in the appropriate category. So that Automatic transmission learning media based on AIDS is declared appropriate for use in learning. Based on a small group limited trial of 10 students, a score of 4 was included in the Easy to Understand category and a large group trial of 30 students obtained a score of 3.8 in those included in the Easy to Understand category. So that Automatic transmission learning media based on AIDS is declared Easy to Understand for use in learning.

This research used qualitative approach.     5 Abdul Qolik, Yoto, Basuki, Marsono DESIGN OF DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC TEACHING MATERIALS OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TO INCREASE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL LEARNING OUTCOMES The ability to develop teaching materials is a role for educators. The importance of teaching materials in the form of books can offer convenience for students in the learning process, practical, and efficient. Technical books for Vocational students are still few and even certain materials are considered difficult to obtain, for example the book Basic Mechanical Engineering Works (BMEW) for vocational engineering skills engineering students. Therefore it is necessary to develop teaching materials in the form of textbooks on BMEW subjects. This is aimed at making the quality of the implementation of learning better, increasing achievement in students, and the quality of graduates becoming more proficient. The teaching material development model used is the Borg and Gall model, which consists of ten implementation steps which are simplified in three stages, namely: (1) preliminary study, (2) model development, and (3) model testing. Based on the problems answered through design development testing, the Basic Mechanical Engineering Work (BMEW) is feasible to continue as a learning product.

    7 Imam Alfianto 1,* , Waras Kamdi 2 , Isnandar 3 , Ahmad Dardiri 4 Parental Support and Career Guidance as an Effort to Improve the Career Adaptability of Vocational High School Students Career adaptability is a concept that supports student success in a career. However, the data show that the career adaptability of vocational high school students is lower than public high school students. This condition is also evident from the level of absorption of vocational high school graduates in working. Career guidance service at school one of the goals is to lead students to succeed in pursuing a career. Parents who always care about their children&#39;s careers will help success in their career planning. This study is to see how much parent support and career guidance to the career adaptability of vocational high school students. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. A total of 215 vocational students were involved in this study from Malang and Blitar. The results showed that career guidance would improve the career adaptability of the vocational student but parental support is not significant.
    8 Hendrikus Male Online Reading Habits of Undergraduate Students Hendrikus Male This study is an attempt to determine the undergraduate students online reading habits. It also intends to find out their most dominant preferences on online reading. It employed a descriptive statistic technique. The instrument used is a set of questionnaires and interview. The result revealed that a large number of the students preferred to read online compared to reading with printed books or material. It is concluded that, the teachers must provide material for their students to read online.  As a recommendation, teachers should also design their online teaching material which is interesting and comprehensive so that the students may understand it easily.
    9 Ratna Suhartini, Luthfiyah Nurlaela, Muchlas Samani The Readiness of Implementing Teaching Factory in Vocational High Schools The purpose of this research is determining the level of readiness of teaching learning process factory in Fashion Design races Vocational High School application and identify factors that are weak, readiness and require a strong factor in supporting the application of teaching factory in the learning process. This research is a descriptive research. This research used survey method. The survey was conducted at schools that will carry out the teaching learning process of 5 Vocational High Schools factory in the Fashion Design expertise program in East Java. The research instrument refers to 7 parameters of the teaching factory. The results showed that the strong factors in implementing factories were HR, Workshop teaching / practice room, Products and services. While the factors that are still weak are management, learning patterns of training and industry relationships.
    10 Fuad Indra Kusuma, Andika Bagus Nur Rahma Putra, Muhammad Ihwanudin, Erwin Komara Mindarta VIRTUAL REALITY FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN INDONESIA Some research in the country shows that the laboratories and practical work activities of students greatly contribute to the achievement of hard skills. However, the quantity and quality of supporting media in vocational education institutions in the country is still not sufficient for practical activities. The researcher uses a literature review related to the use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology to overcome these problems. Through the literature review, the researcher wants to explain the contribution of VR technology to supporting students practical activities. It is hoped that educational institutions in Indonesia can utilize VR technology to improve the students&#39; hard skills. Educational institutions in Indonesia are recommended to optimize the use of VR technology through: Enhancing the means of supporting VR technology, training the teaching staff for the use and utilization of VR technology, integrating VR technology into the learning process.

    12 Neneng Siti Silfi Ambarwati, Mari Okatini Armandari, Shirley Gemilang Triraharja The People Acceptance of The Red Rose (Rosa hybrida L.) Flowers Extract as Lipsticks Dye The purpose of this study was to determine the people acceptance to various red rose extract in 5%,7%, and 9% composition on lipsticks. The panelists were young ladies aged between 20-25 years old as college student and employees. The quantity of panelist of 30 people and lived in Tangerang and Jakarta. The extract was made use maceration method with water solvent. The ability of people to accept used hedonic test with scoring on the observation sheet. Data analysis used Friedman test and Tukey test. There were two aspects in this study, the flavor, and the color. The results showed that the 7% additional extract was most preferred by panelists for two aspects.
    13 Miftachul Choirudin Purnomo, Sumarli, Syarif Suhartadi THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BLENDED LEARNING TO IMPROVE STUDENTS LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF THE AC SYSTEM CLASS XII TKR IN SMK NASIONAL MALANG Education plays an important role in printing Human Resources (HR) including Vocational Schools. Along with the development of the times, the internet is needed to develop innovative consumers. Blended learning is a learning model that combines online learning using the internet with face-to-face learning in class. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of edmodo-based blended learning methods can improve student learning outcomes on basic system competencies AC (Air Conditioner) class XII in SMK Nasional Malang. The research design used in this study was classroom action research. Before blended learning was applied to the teaching and learning process, only 7 students were able to exceed the KKM score. After applying the edmodo-based blended learnning, as many as 12 were able to exceed the KKM value. In the second cycle there were 21 students who were able to reach the value above the KKM score. This shows that the application of blended learning in vocational schools specifically in the material of AC (Air Conditioner) systems is able to improve learning outcomes

Sugandi, Isnandar Analysis of Job Competency Requirement in the Construction Services Industry for Vocational High School of Construction and Property Engineering Expertise Programs The purpose of this study is to find job competency requirements in the construction services industry for graduates of Construction and Property Engineering (TKP) Vocational Schools in Malang City. The development of the construction service industry is currently very rapid, marked by infrastructure development in various regions in Indonesia, so that it requires a lot of workers in the construction sector. The existence of a large number of labor needs provides good opportunities for graduates Vocational School in the Construction and Property Engineering expertise program. Graduate from TKP have opportunities that are very diverse ranging from image interpreters, estimators, surveyors, admins and so forth. However, many graduates do not meet the work requirements of industrial construction services. The importance of this research is to synchronize the competency needs in DU/DI construction services with the formation of competencies in schools through learning activities in schools. This research is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were then analyzed using descriptive statistical. The findings of this research can be used by Vocational Schools in preparing their students through vocational subjects and field experiences that are able to provide insights that are in line with developments in the field today.

Ihwanudin  Developing a Digital Learning Interactive 3D Exploded View Automobile Brake System This research aims to : (1) design and develop an Exploded View 3D Model learning media on the brake system topic ; (2) knowing the feasibility of learning media 3d Exploded View model on brake system topic. This study uses the research and development method. The development model used is ADDIE which consists of five stages, (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The product feasibility test phase is carried out by material experts and media experts. Media test is conducted on students. The data analysis technique uses questionnaire and evaluation questions, as well as descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study are: (1) Learning media in the form of a 3D Exploded View model on brake system topic (2) the results of the feasibility assessment by material experts get a percentage of 89.6% in the category of "feasible". The feasibility assessment by media experts received a percentage of 95.8% in the category of "feasible". The percentage obtained from small group trials of 85% with the category "feasible". The results of the student evaluation found that the average field trial score was 89. Conclusion of this research is the development of Android based Learning media on the brake system topic is declared worthy of use in the learning process.
    19 Achmad Hamon Akbar, Andika Bagus Nur Rahma Putra, Eko Edi Poerwanto, Syarif Suhartadi DEVELOPMENT OF KELASKITA BASED ON BLENDED LEARNING ON THE COMPETENCY OF IMPLEMENTING CONVENTIONAL MAINTENANCE IGNITION SYSTEMS IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL This study aims to develop Kelaskita based on bleanded learning. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 12  Malang with class XI TKR as a trial class for Kelaskita media. The instruments developed were learning instruments in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Kelaskita and test instruments. The development of the Kelaskita  learning device consists of three phase, namely planning, implementation, evaluation. The results showed that Kelaskita based on blended learning could be used to attract students in learning and facilitate students in mastering competency of implementing conventional maintenance ignition systems
    20 Dwi Agus Sudjimat ( ), Sumarli, Imam Muda Nauri, Fuad Indra Kusuma Effect of Problem-Based Blended Learning Models on Learning Outcomes and Achievement Motivation of Automotive Engineering Study Program Students This study aims to examine the effect of problem-based blanded learning (PBBL) model on learning outcomes in drawing automotive design and student achievement motivation. For this purpose the study was conducted using a quasiexperimental research with the subject of the two offering of students participants in the Automotive Design Course at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) in the odd semester 2018/2019 which was determined randomly. The blanded learning model used is an e-learning application that has been implemented at UM through the SIPEJAR Program. Data collection on learning outcomes for drawing automotive design was done based on the overall results of the automotive design drawing assignments which are assessed based on the assessment sheet, and for achievement motivation data was done through a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using the t-test technique which was preceded by a prerequisite test for all research data which included a normality test and a homogeneity test. The results showed that the PBBL model had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in drawing automotive design and student achievement motivation where groups of students taught using the PBBL model showed higher learning outcomes and achievement motivation than groups of students taught using conventional models.     21 Titin Supiani, Nurul Hidayah The Development Of Learning Tutorial Video Media In Making Sambiloto Masker With A Mixture Of Rice Flour In Traditional Cosmetics Subject The purpose of this research is in order to create tutorial video media in making sambiloto masker with a mixture of rice flour in traditional cosmetics subject. Media in teaching learning process can create the desire and stimulation of student learning activities. Based on the results of research on the development of a video tutorial on making Sambiloto masks with a mixture of rice flour that has been suitable as a learning medium. Data obtained based on the results of the feasibility test by material experts obtained a value with a percentage of 92%, the results of the feasibility test by media experts obtained a value with a percentage of 96%, and the results of the feasibility test by users get a value with a percentage of 87%. Overall the data produced shows that the eligibility criteria for video tutorials as a learning media for making bitter masks with a mixture of rice flour in traditional cosmetics courses have fulfilled various aspects of characteristics as very good media or are very suitable to be used as learning media for traditional cosmetics courses.
    22 Ridwan, Mutiara Nurmanita DIFFERENCES IN STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES OF USING CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING MODEL WITH PROBLEM BASE LEARNING MODEL IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 1 PARIAMAN This research begin from student learning outcomes that are not optimal in vocational high school. This study aims to reveal the differences in student learning outcomes with the model of creative problem solving model with problem base learning model in SMK 1 Pariaman. This study was a quasi-experimental study, with the subject of the research being the students of class X TITL-1 and X TITL-2. From these two classes, random select class X TITL-1 as the experimental and X TITL-2 as the control. The data collection in this study used a 25-item achievement test (post-test) in the form of objective material. The data obtained were analyzed using the mean and t-test. The results of this study are seen from student learning outcomes using the creative problem solving model has an average of 73.6 and using the problem base learning model has an average of 69.8 while the hypothesis testing criteria are obtained tcount > ttable or 2.54 > 1.99 . Thus, the results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes using the creative problem solving model with the problem base learning model in the basic subjects of electricity and electronics at SMK 1 Pariaman.
    23 Muladi, Syafiq Ubaidillah, I Made Wirawan Development of Learning Materials Based on Blended Learning in Telecommunication Courses for Students of Electrical Engineering Education Telecommunication is a compulsory subject for undergraduate students of Electrical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Malang. Based on the preliminary observation at the Department of Electrical Engineering, pieces of information were obtained that there were no specific and structured learning materials made for Telecommunication subjects. In a row of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, it is necessary to adjust the strategies and learning materials in courses. Blended learning is an alternative learning strategy that is effective to be implemented in current lectures. Therefore, research and development for learning materials based on blended learning are conducted in a Telecommunication subject. The purpose of the research and development is to design, develop, and test the feasibility and expedience of learning materials for the Telecommunication subject in Universitas Negeri Malang. Learning material based on blended learning strategy is developed using a research and development model according to Sadiman (2010:100). The products are validated by material and media experts. The product trial was applied to 56 students divided into small group trials and field evaluation. The result of material validation is 89,1% and media validation is 89%. Whereas the result of small group trial is 86,13% and field evaluation is 88,15%.
    24 Elfia Najib Kholifiatin, Sutrisno, Tri Kuncoro  The Influence of  Work Period, Functional Position, and Professionalism of Lecturers’ on the Level of Thinking in making the Civil Engineering Department Exam Question The quality of college output is not always able to solve problems. The low quality of university output is caused by the role of the lecturer. Many lecturers make exam questions not yet paying attention to the level of cognitive domains that are High Order Thinking Skills as expected to reach qualified graduates. This study aims to describe the tenure, functional position, professionalism of the lecturer, and the level of thinking in the test questions and describe the influence of years of work, functional positions, and professionalism of the lecturer on the level of thinking in the test questions. This type of research is ex post facto. The sample of this study was all Civil Engineering Department Lecturers at the State University of Malang. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and regression tests. The results of the study were that most of the lecturers were nearing retirement, reaching the position of head lector namely functional positions IVa, IVb, and IVc, and reaching a professional level so that they had a lot of experience, achievements, and were certified, the level of thinking in the test questions the lecturer was made at a high level (HOTS), and there was a real tendency for the new work period to be lower than the old work period, the higher the class, and the more professional it was, the higher in making the HOTS exam questions.
    25 Bella Cornelia Tjiptady, Yoto, Tuwoso Improving the Quality of  Vocational Education in the 4.0 Industrial Revolution by using Teaching Factory Approach. The development of industrial revolution 4.0 allows each individual to improve the quality and optimize brain function. Education in vocational schools should be more innovate and creative in responding to the challenges and opportunities of the implications of the industrial revolution 4.0. To solve this problem is by having a model approach to teaching factory. There are three teaching factory models, namely the first model of schools to build mini replicas of industries that establish cooperation, so that students can learn to assemble and produce goods for industries that work together. The second model is the school building a teaching factory along with industry partners and teaching factories located inside and outside the school. The third model, the teaching factory, takes the form of a special collaboration class between industry partners and Vocational Schools so that students practice skills in two places, namely in laboratories in schools and in factories owned by industrial partners. Industrial assistance in the teaching factory will have an impact on participants through learning experiences in real conditions so that they can help improve the quality of vocational education.
    26 Fadila Fitria Wulandari, Tri Kuncoro, Tuwoso The Influence of Information Literacy to Critical Thinking of Students’ Building Engineering Education Bachelor Program in State University of Malang Information literacy and critical thinking are part of the 21st century skills must be had by every person in knowledge society, especially in academic program for identifying and finding information sources that support in research activities. This research is focused to knowing the effect of student information literacy to critical thinking. The data are correlational using a quantitative non-experimental approach with survey methods analyzed using simple linear regression. The study sample consisted of 54 students from a total population of 90 students at the last level Building Engineering Education Bachelor Program in State University of Malang. Data collection used questionnaire instruments that published by ACRL Information Literacy Assessment and California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) on a scale of 4. The results showed that the students had good information literacy and very poor critical thinking. But information literacy has a significant effect on critical thinking by 31% and the rest is influenced by other factors. The level of information literacy and critical thinking of students are purposed in writing scientific papers for the last year students. Exploratory factors that influence critical thinking are suggested for further research, considering that critical thinking is useful especially for the last year students.
    27 Aniesa Puspa Arum, Lilis Jubaedah Learning Video Development of Traditional Hair Care To Improve The Results of Hair Care, Pre Condition, and Hair Styling Courses In Cosmetology Program Study, State University of Jakarta This research is about developing Learning Videos that have the aim to 1) produce products in the form of learning videos about Traditional Hair Care that are appropriate in P3R courses, 2) test the feasibility of the Learning Videos produced for use in learning, and 3) produce learning media that are effective, in order to improve student learning outcomes. This type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall development model. The study was conducted in the even semester of the 2019 school year, located in H building, the Study Program in Makeup, Jakarta State University, with the research subjects being cosmetology students taking courses in hair care, precondition and styling (P3R). The results of the study were conducted through a validity test by media and material experts, the aspects assessed were the Content aspect, Visual Media aspect, Audio media aspect, Typography aspect, language aspect and Media Programming aspects. The results obtained are a) the developed media is considered appropriate to be used in learning in terms of media experts and material experts, it can be seen from the score of media expert rating of 88.57% and the score of material experts 87.05%, with a very decent category . b) Traditional Hair Care learning video developed has an effective value because it can improve learning outcomes in the haircare, precondition and hairstyling (P3R) course seen from the results obtained based on the effectiveness of the learning video test of 0.714 which shows that the learning video has a level of high effectiveness because it is in the range of 0.7-1. The Development of Traditional Hair Care Learning Videos is aimed at cosmetology courses especially in the subjects of Hair Care, precondition and Styling (P3R). The use of appropriate and effective learning videos is expected to improve student learning outcomes, so as to produce quality effective and efficient practices as well as superior and competent human resources.
    28 Natasya Atikasari Nugraheni, R.M Sugandi, Sutrisno Learning Innovation for the Implementation of Industrial Practices for Construction Engineering and Property in Vocational High School According to the Construction Service Industry Needs Field Work Practices is practical learning activities to apply, stabilize, and improve the competence of students. These students need teaching materials by utilizing of E – Module with kvisoft flipbook maker application. The importance of development functions for innovation in increasing the readiness of Field Work Practices so that students are able to carry out Field Work Practices in accordance with the needs of the Construction Services Industry. The development begins with the data collection stage followed by product design, design validation, product revision, testing the product and finishing the product. The results of material expert validation for learning design aspects 92.19%, 87.5% for learning aspects and learning strategy aspects 84.38%. The score of media experts for software engineering aspects was 89.58%, and visual communication aspects were 87.5%. The average response score of respondents for aspects of the use of teaching materials 86.04%, aspects of the usefulness of teaching materials 85.94% and the conformity aspects of teaching materials 84.18%. Overall, the e-module teaching materials for Field Work Practices were good, interesting and very feasible to use as learning teaching materials. Besides that, it can improve students' readiness in preparing Field Work Practices.

Various opportunities from modernization should be able to be utilized by SMKs to create reliable new entrepreneurs. Schools must provide provisions through programs in schools to familiarize students while simultaneously creating entrepreneurial intentions and eventually become a career choice. The importance of students having Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy to support a career as an entrepreneur. In this paper, we will discuss ideas based on previous studies.     30 Hasan Maksum, Wawan Purwanto, Agus Baharudin Problem Based Learning Method with the Teaching Factory Concept For Improving The Student Learning Score In Steering, Brake, And Suspension System Course Quality learning processes are needed in improving student competence. This study aims to reveal the improvement of student learning score through the prolem based learning with the concept of factory teaching in the steering, brake, and suspension subjects in the automotive department, engineering faculty, Universitas Negeri Padang. Practical problems in the company are used as studies in learning on schools. To find out the success of this method, we used a sample of 32 students as a control class and 32 students as an experimental class. From the evaluation show that learning scores of experimental class students higher than the control class students.
    31 Solichin, Wahono, Agus Suyetno HAZARDS IDENTIFICATIONS IN FT UM WELDING WORKSHOP This study aims to: (1) find out what hazards can occur in FT UM welding workshop, (2) knowing about risk assessment in the welding workshop of PT UM's PTM laboratory, (3) knowing the risk control efforts that must be carried out by the workshop management in the welding workshop. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study method. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of photos of welding workshop conditions. The validity of the data is done by credibility test, dependability test and confirmation test. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study show: (1) hazards identified in the welding workshop for 46 hazards; (2) The risk assessment in the welding workshop are 40 low risk and moderate risk flood; (3) risk control in the workshop consists of planned risk control with a total of 35 actions and risk controls that have not been planned for  11 action.
    32 Dina Mardiana, Amalia Tri Utami, Daniar Chandra Anggraini The Effectiveness of Utilizing Web-learning Media Towards Islamic Education Learning (PAI) Outcome in The Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning in the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Woman Junior High School in Malang. The study was conducted on students in grades VII at Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Woman Junior High School in Malang, by using a quantitative approach and the type of research survey. The primary data sources were students in grades VIIA and VIIB, school web data and teachers at the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Woman Junior High School in Malang. The instruments of data collection used questionnaires, observation and documentation of archives in Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Woman Junior High School in Malang as the object of research. Sampling data sources is done purposively. Data were analyzed using a test instrument validity, reliability test, as well as a descriptive analysis of data pre-test and post-test. Furthermore, the data elaborated and described T-test using SPSS 21,00. The results of the study show that the class learning based on e-learning strategy in the experimental class (VIIA) is more effective than learning in the control class (VIIB) in terms of student learning outcomes. Based on the t-test obtained P (0.698 ) > oc (0, 05), thus H0 be accepted. Through the calculation of normalized gain values between the experimental classes shows a higher number than the control class, namely g = 0.70 in the experimental class and g = 0, 60 in the control class.

Teaching materials are grouped into 4 types, namely printed materials, listening teaching materials (audio), listening material (audio visual), and interactive teaching materials . Print teaching materials can be interpreted as a set of materials that contain material or content of learning to achieve the learning objectives outlined by using printed technology, such as: books, modules, student worksheets (LKS), handouts, brochures, leaflets, wallcharts, and photos or pictures. Teaching materials in this study selected the development of teaching materials in the form of statics engineering mechanics books. Statics Engineering Mechanics Course Is a compulsory subject in the Mechanical Engineering Program as a foundation for students who will take material strength engineering mechanics courses. This study aims to develop, prepare textbooks, and test the feasibility of statics engineering mechanics course textbooks for students of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang. The results are expected to improve student learning achievement. The method used in this development is the development model of Dick and Carey.
    34 Lusi Utama, Amrizal, Isril Berd, Zuherna Effect of Land Use Ratio Index to Reduce Flooding (Case Study of The Jirak Sub-watershed in the Arau Padang City) Flood may occur for both climatology and human action factors. The climatology factors can be in the form of land degradation, land use changes, and population increase. The land use changes can be identified when there is a conversion of recharge area into a built area. The conversion may happen because there is potency for a flood area to transform into a place of cities development and settlements. When the population increases, the space needed also enlarges. Consequently, the surface flow increase which causes flood. The Jirak watershed located in the Arau watershed in the city of Padang for 30 years is free from flooding. The worst flood occurred on September 26, 2018 and November 2, 2018, which washed away a bridge and caused a 3 meter high puddle. In analyzing it, this study applied descriptive qualitative method. The image use in the map is analyzed with Argis X quantum program to get a flood prone map. The rainfall is calculated by using methods of  Gumbel, and Log Pearson III, while the debit is calculated by using rational method. The difference discharge between these is 7,469 m3/second. It is necessary to regulate the type and use of land to reduce flooding by 7.469 m3/sec with a housing index ratio of 24.68% and plantations of 43.39%.

    36 S I Haryudo,  Ekohariadi, Munoto Measure critical thinking ability: validity and realibility multiple choice test Critical thinking skills are one of the skills that must be possessed by students as graduate competency standards. Instrument evaluation is needed to evaluate critical thinking skills. This study aims to examine the quality characteristics of multiple choice test instrument items to measure critical thinking skills. The test instrument developed was an electrical installation automation test instrument in order to maintain the quality of critical thinking test instruments with the addition of a wider variety of reasoning aspects. The test instrument is in the form of multiple choices which have analysis questions (C4), synthesis (C5), and evaluation (C6). The method of developing research uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The object of the research was all the answers to the results of the tests of 40 Electrical Engineering students. Data is collected by the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative using the Test Analysis Program (TAP) application. The results showed that: The instruments developed had good characteristics in terms of validity with the Aiken index content validity (Aiken V) of 0.820 and reliability coefficient of 0.843 in a good (reliable) range. Furthermore, for the difficulty level of 0.560 in the medium category, the average differentiation of 0.333 can be categorized as good and the results of the analysis of the distractor quality are 39 tests that function well.
    37 Hendra Pradibta, Usman Nurhasan, Eka Pratitis, Khusnul Krisiananda ENGLISH ALFABET LEARNING USING CUBE TEACHING MEDIA FOR CHILDREN OF SCHOOL Awareness of the importance of mastering English today raises efforts to introduce and teach children about English as early as possible, such as preschool education or children aged 3-6 years. Learning methods and teaching media also greatly influence the level of student understanding of the material. This study aims to design and create an interesting and interactive English alphabet learning application for preschoolers. This learning application is designed based on Android, accompanied by an augmented reality feature to display 3-dimensional objects and learning media in the form of cubes so that learning becomes more interactive and interesting. There is also a quiz feature as material for evaluating students about understanding material. From the results of the trial regarding the appropriateness of the application carried out at the TK DWP (Dharma Wanita Persatuan) Seduri on 29 April 2019, the data obtained was obtained from the results of a questionnaire given to the accompanying teacher, namely that 5.71% said enough, then 42.86% said agree, and as many as 51.43% said strongly agree.

But its use in daily life in Indonesia is still minimal. This is due to public understanding about solar cells in general is still lacking. Therefore there needs to be an effort to educate the public about solar cells so that this technology can be used as a method broad, one of them through learning to students from an early age so that the future generation can properly utilize solar cells that are also inspired to develop with more innovative. But learning about solar cells in schools are still very rarely done because of various factors including not yet there are learning devices about solar cells that are systematic and appropriate to the level the development of students, teacher competencies that have not received sufficient stock about solar cells, and most of the literature is in foreign languages. Therefore necessary developed learning tools that make it easier for teachers to teach the student. It urges to improve their work skills to meet the demand of the world of work. This research aims at developing a Lean-based learning model to enhance the work skills of vocational high school students. This study can be categorized as development research using the modified Borg and Gall method. The Lean-based learning model was tested through three stages, i.namely its validity, effectiveness, and practicality towards students, teachers and industrial practitioners. Based on the research findings, the developed learning model can be categorized as good in case of its validity, effectiveness, and practicality. It means the lean-based learning model is valid, effective and practical as one of the alternatives to improve the competency among vocational high school students to fulfill the industrial demand.

However, in delivering the material is still copy-book. One of the current technology-based learning uses technology Augmented Reality as a support for learning aid. Augmented Reality is an integrated two worlds, the real and the virtual. Augmented Reality for the solar system learning application was developed by applying the concept of the Rule Based System algorithm as a simple artificial intelligence that aims to help augmented reality systems in simulating knowledge and experience from humans with several rules prepared. The existence of Augmented Reality facilitates the process of learning on specific topic such as the solar system more attractive and interactive, with aims to inspire students to learn the solar system. Based on the testing results at SDN Purwantoro 2 Malang, 95% of respondents is interested and captivated to learning media applications using Augmented Reality technology.

Autism sufferers tend to do self-stimulatory activities, such as hand- flapping, clapping, swaying or repetitive vocalizations. In this study the children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Tamina Muntaz Special School because the SLB had not applied a similar method to facilitate the therapy process. Therefore, is required a media based on Augmented Reality in aims for the therapy children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and use media flash card to simplify the learning process by describing various situations, as well as behavior that is common to the community in order to share information that is easily understood by children with autism. The system is developing uses algorithm Naïve Bayes for level determination system and Fuzzy Tsukamoto to determine score the success therapy quiz for children. This research has produced Augmented Reality in the therapy of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the algorithms Naïve Bayes and Fuzzy Tsukamoto. This system can introduce feeding steps and introduction of cutlery through therapy using Augmented Reality with flashcard with an accuracy rate of 92.8% from the results of manual calculations using calculations on the system

Cosmetology Education Studies Program, Faculty of Engineering, UniversitasNegeri Jakarta 2016 This research aims to find any effects in using suruhan leaf toward acne reduction, and betel leaf as the controller. The population which is used in this research is women that range 18 – 24 years old, and have acne vulgaria. The totals of samples that are taken are 10 persons. Samples are divided into two parts which are 5 persons in A group use suruhan leaf and the other 5 persons in B group use betel leaf. Each sampleis treated with twice treatments in one week that are done four times The method for this research is experiment method. This research uses research sheets instrument with score value on wood lamp tool which is used as an instrument for knowing the acne reduction on the facial skin. The result is done with data analysis requirement test and normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis shows t count =7.46; a = 0.05, and latitude degrees (dk) is 8, so t table = 2.30. Evidently, t count &gt; t table so zero hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, therefore there is an effect in suruhan leaf extract usage towards acne reduction.

    46 I Made Sudana, Syaad Patmanthara, Dhega Febiharsa Information System in Managing Vocational Assesment facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 : A Case Studies in Batik Professional Certification Institution The occurrence of the industrial revolution 4.0 workers globally requires very strict competency requirements. Skills competency certification is an absolute requirement, including the certification of the batik profession. Management and the implementation mechanism of competency tests at the Batik Professional Certification Institution involve assessors, participants candidate and administration, were simultaneously. This qualitative research, conducted in the Central Java Province, Indonesia, aims to reveal the management of the implementation of batik competency tests through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, observations of administrative staff, assessors and management of Batik Professional Certification Institutions (PCI). The majority of assessors and prospective assessment participants mostly came from various regions with varying ages, which resulted in the emergence of various technical problems in the field. Based on the data obtained, various weaknesses in the management of competency tests were found, the procedures were quite complicated, less standardized, incomplete documents for prospective participants during the assessment, batik workers competency test participants were dominated by workers over 40 years old, minimum coordination,  participant has less information technology literacy, there is no information management system (MSI) support. Utilization of Information Systems in the management of Batik’s PCI is one solution in overcoming technical problems in the field, especially in facilitating the management of assessors and their assessment documents. The need for the coordinating role of the assessment participants to help prospective participants who do not have information technology literacy in the administrative technical process of competency testing in Batik’s PCI.

The app was featuring life-based experiments for undergraduates' students through do-it-by-your-self activities. This app was developed with Firebase to create a heart rate monitoring system interface as well as a framework for life-based experiments. In addition, this App has video features as learning resources. We used an experimental method to evaluate the proposed system of learning. The subjects were 30 undergraduate students who separated in two groups. Based on our survey, student learning outcomes increased by 35% compared to conventional experiments. The solution to these problems that we offer is to provide Vocational Training for Honda injection motor scanners for Android versions, so that conventional workshop owners in Tirtomoyo can provide maintenance and periodic services for injection motorcycles. The service method uses Murdjito's stages which include 1) location survey, 2) social approach, 3) socialization / Vocational Training, 4) presentation of service results, and 5) final report presentation. The results of this Vocational Training are in accordance with the urgency of the needs of the village community in the form of technology education for mechanical motorbike mechanics community groups in Tirtomoyo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency.

This environmental damage can cause harm to humans themselves, for example floods, landslides, and air and water pollution are examples of environmental damage caused by human activity. Education is one of the means to raise awareness for students to preserve their environment. The government seeks to apply environmental insights through formal education. One of the government programs in environmentally sound education is through the Adiwiyata Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of environmental education at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu to get the Adiwiyata Mandiri award. This study uses a qualitative approach with one type of case study site. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study were: (1) an explanation of the application of environmental education at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu so as to get the Adiwiyata Mandiri award; (2) a description of the steps taken by the school to anticipate obstacles to the implementation of environmental education; and (3) exposure to the efforts made by schools in maintaining these achievements and always developing students&#39; awareness to protect the environment.

The research design is classroom action research. This study is collaborative and reflective research with the alternative actions to improve the teaching activities more professionally. This research has 3 steps; (l) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation and (4) reflection. Learning method through the conventional Training Record Book (TRB) is still considered not having a sufficient level of effectiveness in supporting on board training and learning. Based on the author’s proof with the results of the questionnaire distributed to a number of respondents, i.e., cadets who have undergone the on board training. Based on the questionnaire results, the problem that cannot be resolved during on board training period is the basis for seeking the development of the Training Record Book (TRB) application. Responding to the problems that occur, the author intended to provide innovation in the process of on board training and learning through a system of distance learning and training. Learning methods through Training Record Book (TRB) will be applied through digital system using internet network. The Electronic Training Record Book (eTRB) system can enable supervision by the Educational Institution to take place regularly. Through the system, the communication between the Company, Ship Crew/Cadet Supervisor on board and Educational Institution can be established. The analysis become the research method used to develop the Electronic Training Record Book system in the future.

However, Indonesia has the second largest pollution problem in the marine environment after China. The waste pollution in the sea can also hamper operational activities that use the sea as a medium. Garbage Skimmer is a tool that we developed to collect garbage automatically into a container, hence the operator may easily carry out plastic garbage collection that floats on the surface of the water. By integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) system, this tool has become more effective to operate.

The was carried out at Islamic Science Faculty of Muhammadiyah University Lampung, Indonesia. The data were collected through checklist, and questionnaire and analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the findings, the proposed ILI model was effective in improving students’ IL skills and had a good appeal. Thus, the model can be implemented to this institution
    56 Yoto, Marsono, and Bella Cornelia Tjiptady Work-Based Learning through Life Based Learning in Vocational Education to Reduce Unemployment Rates in the Industry 4.0 Era The social problem that is in the spotlight for experts in vocational education at this time is the large number of unemployed people who come from graduates of vocational education (SMK) in Indonesia. The challenges faced by Indonesia are also increasing, namely with the increasing demands of companies or industries on the quality of human resources. The job market requires a multi-skills graduates forged by the education system. Therefore, quality improvement is needed, both in terms of education, skills, and the ability to compete in the job market. Following up on this phenomenon, a real government effort is needed to overcome unemployment, namely through a work-based approach through life-based learning. The work-based approach through life based learning in education has a positive impact on students in improving achievement, motivation, and ultimately has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

Most of the student dislike with this subject because they felt difficult to learn English, especially to remember English vocabulary. Determining the teaching strategy to make student understanding of English vocabulary is one of the issues for teacher. Hence, the purpose of this study is to determine an innovation strategy that used by teacher to enhance student’s English vocabulary in higher education, especially in the fashion department, Universitas Negeri Malang. This qualitative study involved twenty-six undergraduate students from fashion department where multiple teaching strategies were implementing and assessed through interview, observation, and artifacts. The results of this study showed that each strategy have different benefit for students. Therefore, student involvement is important to enhance their English vocabulary. Educators must provide opportunities for student to engage in the learning that is helpful, meaningful and relatable for them. It is the important that educators must aware to set up the multiple ways that helped student to increase academic achievement consistently.

The study was conducted at SMK PGRI 3 Malang with class X TKRO as a trial class for Quipper School media. The instruments developed were learning instruments in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Quipper School and test instruments. The development of the Quipper School learning device follows the 4-D model. The 4-D model consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results showed that Quipper School based on blended learning could be used to attract students in learning and facilitate students in mastering competencies in applying of differential maintenance.
    59 Sitti Nursetiawati, Jenny Sista Siregar, Dian Pertiwi Josua Evaluation of the Dual Professional Function Transfer Program of the Cosmetology Study Program Against the Implementation of the KKNI (Indonesian National Qualification Curriculum) KKNI is one of the synergies in the fields of education, training and work experience that is feasible to apply in vocational education. This study aims to evaluate, map and find out: 1) equitable competency test and certification for vocational school teachers, 2) indicators of the success of the teacher transfer function program integrated with competency tests and certifications, 3) the urgency of the KKNI in the cosmetology field. The research method uses a combination of qualitative descriptive methods with library research, which involves a sample of 42 teachers transferring the function of the cosmetology study program. Data was collected through the help of an interest scale questionnaire that was filled out in self-report and analyzed through presentation techniques. The results show that a) equalization of national qualifications and certification is considered very important, b) the need for general skills-based on KKNI for vocational school teachers, c) competency expertise is one of the urgent things that need to be possessed by educators. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that; a) the need for an effort to disseminate and distribute information about KKNI in order to increase competency for 3T regional teachers, b) it is necessary to support more adequate facilities and infrastructure in the process of applying competency-based vocational education and certification.

The research method used quantitative with a descriptive correlational research design. The research sample was electrical engineering undergraduate students in engineering faculty at Malang University. The total sample was implemented in this research are 135 students. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire and documentation technique. The reliability of the TPACK questionnaire instrument was 0.972 (Alpha Cronbach). The analysis data technique uses the analysis of &quot;Simple Regression&quot; by using SPSS tools. The results of the study revealed a positive correlation and significant correlation between PCK and Pedagogical Capability with R = 0.757 (psig 0.000 &lt;0.05). The contribution of Mastery Goal Orientation to Adaptation Ability was R2 = 0.573.
    62 Sutrisno, Antelas Eka Winahyo, Ahmad Dardiri Contents and Proportions of Assignments in Primary, Secondary, Vocational, and Higher Education The purpose of this study is to determine the content and proportion of assignments at the elementary, secondary, vocational, and higher education levels. The research sample was 53 educational experts from UM, UNESA, UNNES, and UNY, Indonesia. Data collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Chisquare. The results showed that (1) the content of the assignments at the elementary level was repetitive, junior high was variation, high school and vocational school were product planning, bachelor’s degree was analysis and inference, master’s degree was development, and doctoral degree was discovery and publication; (2) the proportion of assignment to exam in elementary school is 27% with 73%, junior high is 37.25% with 62.75%, high school is 45% with 55%, vocational school is 62.30% with 37.70%, bachelor’s degree is 54.20% with 45.80%, master’s degree is 65.00% with 35.00%, and doctoral degree is 76.00% with 24.00%; (3) the higher the level of education the greater the assessment in the form of assignments; and (4) assessment in vocational school is based more on assignments.
    63 Haris 1,*, Hadi Wasito2, Maftuchin Romli3 TEACHER MISMATCH AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN EAST JAVA Teachers are the most important element in the education system. Teachers play an important role in teaching, coaching, and training vocational students. The implementation of the newly established Vocational curriculum (K13) has an impact on the adequacy and suitability of the teacher teaching field. Efforts on improving vocational high schools quality require a thorough study of the problems qualifications and suitability of competencies and the task of teaching teachers.. This study attempts to uncover the teaching field and teacher expertise. Data were collected through schools and basic data of vocational teachers in the districts' education offices. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The conclusion of the study is that there is an incompatibility between teachers teaching programmed expertise in accordance with the area of expertise in school. The greatest discrepancy is found in productive teachers. Productive teachers are teaching different subject with competencies and diploma backgrounds. The suggestion that can be raised in this study is that with the profile of teacher teaching discrepancies, a reduction model of teaching mismatch can be made.
    64 Nurul Aini DESCRIPTION THE QUALITY LEVEL OF LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF UNDERGRADUATE FASHION EDUCATION STUDENTS BASED ON  UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG EDUCATION GUIDELINES This study aimed at describing the quality level of learning achievement of former undergraduate Fashion Education students (2007-2011). This was descriptive research with a quantitative approach and a survey method. Data were taken from academic transcripts and then analysed for the distribution of data, frequency distribution, and mean. The results showed that the former undergraduate students of Fashion Education had a remarkable achievement (a); their average semester GPA was 2.95, and thus they could take the maximum number of credits, i.e. 22-24 credits per semester. These former students, on average, could graduate on time.
    65 Cahya Wahyuning Ilahi 1 , Syamsul Hadi 2 , Purnomo 2 Work Characters of Private Vocational School Students The reason behind the high rate of unemployment for vocational school (SMK) students is the lack of work characters as they enter the business/industrial world. There are a lot of graduates who lack understanding the superiors at work, skipping work without a clear reason, often get busy with gadgets which decrease work productivity, and other attitudes that flow to the bad character of workers. Whereas the aim of SMK revitalisation is for graduates to have the characters as expected by DU/DI, which is having a high work ethic, discipline, and strong competitiveness. Based on this background, research aimed at describing work characters of SMK is needed. This would benefit the school to know whether students’ work characters are well enough before entering DU/DI. This research uses a descriptive quantity approach with one variable which is work characteristic. The population is students in 10 th grade Computer and Engineering Department (TKJ) in Malang Private Vocational School in academic year 2018/2019. The results showed that the work characters of vocational students are in the &#39;high&#39; category with a percentage of 72.22%. whereas 16.67% is in the ‘very high’ category. These results indicate that vocational school students have fairly good work characters in average.

Nurhadi, The Effect of Project-Based Learning with Integrating Tri Kaya Parisudha Concept and Emulation Ability on Students’ Comprehension and Formation of Entrepreneurial Mindset The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of project-based learning with the integration of Tri Kaya Parisudha concept and emulation ability on students’ comprehension and formation of entrepreneurship mindset in culinary. This study used a quasi-experimental design, especially pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The samples were students of State Vocational High Schools in Bali Province with the total of 12 classes or 412 students, divided into experimental and control group. The data were collected with the test of comprehension, emulation ability questionnaire and entrepreneurial mindset questionnaire. The data were then analyzed statistically by MANOVA. The results showed that there was significant difference in the conceptual comprehension and formation of entrepreneurial mindset between the students who was taught by using Tri Kaya Parisudha concept and without this concept. The difference was influenced by the learning syntax. Moreover, high emulation ability were superior in comprehension the concept and entrepreneurial mindset. There was an interaction between the learning model and the emulation ability, so students had a higher conceptual comprehension and higher formation of entrepreneurial mindset.

Sugandi, Didik Nurhadi Contribution of The Use of Social Media, Creativity, and Entrepreneurial Interest to Vocational High School Students’ Entrepreneurial Readiness In addition to work, vocational high school also aimed to prepare the graduates for entrepreneurship. Therefore, the schools were required to equip their students with skills and abilities to become young entrepreneurs after graduation. This study aimed to determine the contribution of the use of social media, creativity and entrepreneurial interest as a mediator in entrepreneurship readiness of vocational high school students. The study design used a correlational quantitative approach involving 114 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed by path analysis. The research findings showed that: 1) the use of social media and student creativity had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest; 2) the use of social media had no effect on entrepreneurial readiness; 3) student creativity and interest in entrepreneurship had a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; 4) the use of social media through entrepreneurial interest had a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; and 5) student creativity through entrepreneurial interest did not significantly influence entrepreneurship readiness. With these findings, it was advisable for schools to pay attention to these factors in order to increase students’ readiness to become successful entrepreneurs.

The teachers’ responsibility in educating, teaching, guiding, managing, training, and evaluating must be well-developed so that the results can directly contribute in improving the quality of education. Because qualified teachers are able to manifest a highly qualified education. Therefore, some factors that have determinant values need to be considered as important in order to construct qualified teachers. Teachers’ competency improvement can be done in various ways including through the training session. Teacher training aims to advance the competence of teachers, especially for Machinery Engineering teachers so that they can meet the specified standards.     70 Anik Nur Handayani 1* , Heru Wahyu Herwanto 2 , Lutfi Mahardika 3 , Kohei Arai 4 Development of Fuzzy Logic Trainer using LabVIEW to Support Learning Activity for Student The Intelligent System course is one of the compulsory subjects for students of the S1 UM Electrical Engineering Education Program. Based on the results of interviews with lecturers supporting the courses, in general the learning that has been done is felt to be ineffective, because there is no fuzzy logic trainer in the course. Based on interviews with lecturers of Smart Systems subjects, there is no learning media to support practicum activities in Smart Systems courses. Based on these observations, a fuzzy logic trainer is needed for the Smart Systems course. The resulting trainer is a fuzzy logic implementation in the light tracking system. LabVIEW Software&#39;s role is to assist the programming and monitoring of data in the trainer. This trainer development model uses the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. From the results of the development, it was found that the validation of material experts was 97.5%, media experts were 95%, small group trials were 91%, large group trials were 87%. Based on the validity criteria, the product trial results can be declared very valid for use in learning activities.

Image processing is the material of the course. Image processing contained in the catalog of S1 Electrical Engineering programs at the Department of Electrical Engineering, State University of Malang. Conducting learning, Managing the image carried out so far is conventional, without any practical activities. Conventional learning causes the objective of the standard competency in image processing that involves image processing using digital programming that cannot be achieved. This development was carried out to produce learning media for students of the S1 Electrical Engineering Study Program, State University of Malang. Learning media developed in the form of detection with human trainers with the help of Matlab programming, worksheets, and manuals. The development method used in development research is ADDIE. The ADDIE Development Model consists of five steps, namely (1) analysis (analysis), (2) design (design), (3) development (development), (4) implementation (implementation), and (5) evaluation (evaluation). Data collection is done by giving questionnaire techniques to three groups of respondents, namely material validators, media validators, and students. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire. The development results that have been carried out with feasibility trials for trainers detecting human joints through three people, namely expert validation, small group trials, and large group trials. The average yield percentage for the expert validation test is 91.25%. The results of the average percentage of material experts, which amounted to 92.5%. The results of the small group trial were obtained at, that is, 80.2%. The results of a large group trial obtained an average percentage of 88.07%. Based on expert validation values, small and large group trials, it can be concluded that the product being developed gets an average value of 80% and is accepted valid and feasible.
    72 Widiyanti 1,* , Renita 2 , Duwi Leksono Edy 3 , Roswina Dianawati Obstacles of Implementing Teaching Factory: An Analysis in Vocational Secondary School Teaching factory is a learning model at the vocational secondary school level based on the production of goods or services, which is guided by industry standards and procedures. The teaching factory concept is conducted by implementing a combined curriculum prepared by vocational secondary schools and industrial parties so that it is implemented in atmosphere of factory work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles that cause teaching factories conduct to not work ideally. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with the type of survey research and is carried out in 32 vocational secondary schools in Malang. The 32 schools are classified into 3 classes, those that have been implemented, not yet implemented and are in the planning stage of teaching factory implementation. Barriers to implementation are reviewed in terms of learning, human resources, facilities, and collaboration networks. The data collection method is done by questionnaires. The results showed that the teaching factory vocational secondary schools had the biggest obstacles in the learning aspect, while the vocational secondary schools that had not implemented the teaching factory had obstacles in human resources.
    73 Didik Hariyanto 1 , Didik Nurhadi 2* Enhancing Pedagogical Understanding for Indonesian Polytechnic Lecturers through Short Course Program in Vocational Education in Germany To be able to compete with international education in Indonesia, it is important for vocational education to improve the quality of education through pedagogic understanding for vocational education lecturers. Indonesian Government through the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education is committed to undertaking a strategy through a vocational education short course program to Germany during two months. Then, the aims of this study are to explain and to evaluate the implementation of this program. Though a qualitative method with interview and documentation, authors carried out it to get data needed in this study. Findings showed that this program activities was coordinated by the vocational education study program at Technische Universität Dresden, Germany. The activities were tutorials, visits in industries and training centers, and attending an international conference with the number of 180 hours. The results of the evaluation showed that this program was very effective in providing lecturers&#39; understanding of pedagogic in vocational education in Germany so that it could be adopted in Indonesia. However, the implementation depends on the personal lecturers who are supported by the policies in each of their institutions.

In this study, the method used is research and development (R&amp;D), followed by quasi-experimental experiments to test its effectiveness. The findings in this study include: (1) augmented reality technology based on 3D animation with a form of grinding machine that was developed to have a relatively high level of attractiveness and completeness of vocational material; (2) augmented reality technology based on 3D animation with a form of grinding machine that was developed proved to be able to improve the skills of understanding vocational students in the era of education 4.0; and (3) the results of research and development in this article can be used as an alternative reference for developing the next learning technology.

Data collection techniques using a questionnaire aimed at 55 students of Informatics Engineering FT UM who have carried out Industrial Practices and 10 DU/DI consisting of 40 respondents, the determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The questionnaire was used to determine the level of relevance of the employability skills of Informatics Engineering Education students that had been applied at DU/DI. The results of the questionnaire showed that the relevance of employability skills of students of Informatics Engineering Education with the needs of DU/DI in the high category.

The method used is the ADDIE development method which includes stages (1) Analysis (Analysis), (2) Design (design or design), (3) Development (Development), (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluations. The results of this study are android-based learning applications on arithmetic and logic operations materials that apply the concept of challenges where the material being studied is divided into several levels which require students to complete the material at a certain level in order to be able to learn the material at the next level. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire consisting of three research variables namely material aspects, media aspects, and application functionality. The results of the application product feasibility on the material suitability aspects are 83%, the media conformity aspects are 82%, and the product functionality aspects of is 85%. Based on the results of the product development test, it can be concluded that this research product can be declared feasible to be used as a learning media in the learning process.

Qualitative approach used in this study through observation and interview. One student and two owners of fashion industries involved in this study. To make sure the data valid, researchers used triangulation. The results of this study presented that job shadowing program can help student to gain new knowledge from industry directly. On the other hand, student who participated in this study can compare which one the good sewing techniques that can implement in the class. Therefore, job shadowing program can implement to enhance student’s ability, especially in the sewing technique.

The purpose of this study is to develop learning models to provide integrated learning between vocational study programs through Model Interdisciplinary Thematic Learning (INTEL). This research carried out collaboratively by creating a special class collaboration model between 3 vocational study programs (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Culinary) at the Malang State University Faculty of Engineering. The research method was conducted by research and development of interdisciplinary thematic learning models by taking the theme robotic culinary in Industry 4.0. There are 4 stages of development of INTEL Model, namely: 1) identifying technology in the world of work and student characteristics; 2) analysing instructional learning/competencies that students must have; 3) compiling a collaborative lecture strategy including making syllabus, lesson plans, and lecture modules; and 4) compiling evaluation and evaluation tools for learning implementation. The results of this study are expected to provide real experience in the world so it will affect the improvement of competency skills of vocational education students.

N.,(2) Prahastuti, E.(3) and Zahro, S.(4) A STUDY ON TEACHING FACTORY (TEFA) IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN INDONESIA Teaching Factory (TEFA) is a learning model that introduced to students about the real condition of the industry. One of the pilot school is Vocational High School (SMK Negeri 3 Malang), especially in Fashion Department. Hence, this study purpose is to know the profil of TEFA in SMK Negeri 3 Malang, especially in Fashion Department. This study used descriptive with qualitative approach. Three teachers and two students involved in this study. To gain data in this study, reseacher used interview, observation, and documentation. Therefore, triangulation used to make sure the data valid in this study. The result of this study showed that (1) the TEFA management in SMK Negeri 3 Malang has been done in accordance with SOP, (2) the learning process in TEFA has been improved even though all of learning material has not fully delivered to the students, (3) the human resources in TEFA has sufficiently met the criteria needs, (4) the facility in TEFA is completed already, (5) the networking with industry is still lacking, (6) the production role has been done in accordance with industrial standard, and (7) the output (product/service) has also aligned with industrial standard. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that TEFA is implementation in SMK Negeri 3 Malang already in accordance with the standart of TEFA management
